Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Switch, Maestro & Solo or sterling cheque (made payable to Climax Pro-Squash Ltd.). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
A charge of £10 will be made in respect of each instance of a returned or represented cheque.
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at 5% above the Bank of England base rate, this interest will be calculated from the due date to the date of payment. The Customer shall in addition be liable to pay any costs Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. may incur in recovering the overdue amount.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
(a)Whether or not the risk in goods sold shall have passed to the customer, the property in goods sold shall be and remain in Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. until Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. has received payment in full for them, together with payment in full for other goods supplied by Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. to the customer the price for which is overdue for payment. Pending receipt by Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. of such payments, the customer shall hold the goods for Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. as fiduciary bailee.
(b)When payment for the goods is overdue or the customer suffers distress or execution to be levied against his or its effects, makes an arrangement or composition with creditors or, being a corporate body, enters into liquidation (otherwise than for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction where the corporate body, as amalgamated or reconstructed, accepts in full the customer's liability to pay for goods), or has a receiver appointed for the whole or any part of its undertaking or, being an individual, has a receiving order in bankruptcy made against him, then:
(i)if the customer remains in possession of the goods, whether or not the customer has sold them, Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. shall be entitled to recover the goods from the customer; or
(ii)if the customer has parted with possession of the goods by the way of sale, whether or not the goods have been mixed with or incorporated into other goods, the customer, having sold them as fiduciary bailee, shall hold trust for Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. so much of the proceeds of the sale of the goods as represents the customer's liability to Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. in respect of them.

Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to hold a full inventory of the Goods advertised for sale on this website, but if for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will advise you.
We will endeavour to dispatch all Goods on the same day (Monday - Friday) for orders placed before 12.30PM, orders placed after 12.30PM may be carried forward to the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be carried forward to Monday. All Goods will be sent by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or by private courier. Most services will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange another delivery attempt. Alternatively you can visit the depot in person with the card and collect the goods yourself.
Delivery charges and options to the delivery address you specify when placing an order will be confirmed during the online checkout process.

UK Deliveries
For UK deliveries we recommend you use the Parcelforce 48Hr/24Hr service or Royalmail Special delivery. Uk orders sent by Parcelforce use a Track and Trace service which lets you track your parcel through the Parcelforce network using a unique barcoded tracking number. Royal Mail Recorded items are only tracked when they have been delivered.
International Deliveries
Royal Mail AirSure delivery target times are three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.

Any stated delivery dates are promises given in good faith by us to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver on the day stated. We will accept no liability for or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.
Every care is taken to ensure systematic checking of all goods leaving Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. Errors in quantity or prices should be notified to us in writing within three days of receipt, giving full particulars of the complaint. All goods are carefully packed and despatched in good condition.
In the event of any goods arriving short or in bad condition, it is necessary for the customers to sign for them as "Damaged, Broken, Loose Ends", or as the case may be, and immediately notify the carrier concerned requesting him or his representative to call and inspect the parcel.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption on a dedicated SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which displays the 'Golden Padlock' . They are only decrypted when they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to make sure Internet messages are not intercepted. To check if a page is encrypted right click on the page, then select properties/page info and you will then be able to see the information about the page and whether it is encrypted or not.
None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging unopened) within 30 days for a full refund, credit or exchange. Postage cost's incurred when returning goods will only be refunded if we have supplied incorrect goods (if we have made a mistake and supplied you with the wrong goods). If you require the postage charge to be refunded please send the postage receipt back with the goods. A postage refund will not be given if we have supplied the goods you ordered.
Faulty returns are to be sent back to Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. for inspection. If the goods are found to have a manufacturing fault a refund, credit or exchange to the value when purchased will be issued. If you require the postage charge to be refunded please send the postage receipt back with the goods. A postage refund will not be given if the goods are found to not have any manufacturing fault.
We recommend that you return goods back to us via a secure form of delivery that insures the items. If your goods are lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier. Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. will accept no responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged. The goods are your responsibility until they have reached Climax Pro-Squash Ltd..
