Warranty Card

Thank you for your recent purchase of a CX Pro Sport racket. We hope your new racket provides you with many years of service.

To receive the free 2 month guarantee against breakage simply register your racket within 10 days of the purchase. Either send the original warranty card (supplied with the racket) back to Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. or alternatively submit the online warranty card below. Racket that have not had there warranty cards returned/submitted within 10 days will not be covered under the 2 month guarantee.

CX Pro Sport rackets are manufactured to the highest quality and are at the forefront of technology. Breakages due to manufacturing faults will very soon become apparent.

Racket strings and grommet strips are not guaranteed.

Rackets returned without the original warranty card will not be considered.

We recommend that you return items back to us via a secure form of delivery that insures the items. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. Climax Pro-Squash Ltd. will accept no responsibility if the racket is lost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
